Hector earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico (Mayaguez) and a bachelor’s in Information Technology from DeVry Technical Institute, Orlando, Florida. He is an Associate Sales Agent and member of the Osceola County Board of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
