Beginning in 2020, home prices increased dramatically, increasing monthly and often by double-digit percentages! From Q3 of 2012 to Q3 of 2020 (ten years), we saw the median home price go from $248,800 to $335,500. This was an average of 3.9% in annual appreciation.
